“Da wir nur einen Tag zum etwas anderes zu sehen gemacht haben war es nicht schlecht das ganze. Ich finde es nicht gut das es für Busse eher schwierig ist und sich für uns Urlaub dadurch auch nicht nett seinen bus zu finden. Es würde besser sein wenn es da verbessert wird. Auch sich in Palma etwas anzusehen ist eher schwierig da zu lange Wartezeit beim Ticketschalter mit zu wenig Zeit und bessere Kennzeichnung wo man etwas findet. Kathedrale Eingang und Ticketschalter”
“Anreise nach Palma dauerte 2 Stunden anstatt versprochene 1 Stunde, weil wir mehrere Hotels noch abgefahren haben, mein 10% Gutschein Sommer25 konnte von der TUI-Reiseleitung nicht erfasst werden, unsere Tochter ist 16 und es gab keinen Nachlass bei Buchung im Hotel, kind wäre zu alt, obwohl die Stadtrundfahrt durch Palma nicht 27 Euro, sondern nur die Hälfte bis 16 J. Kostet, knapp 200 Euro für nur im Bus sitzen ist echt schlecht, würde mich über 50 Euro Erstattung freuen”
“Es gab unterwegs leider einen Busunfall wobei der Busfahrer beim ausweichen eines in der Kurve entgegengekommen des Fahrzeug die Bergwand rechte Seite mitnahm wobei die Fensterscheiben der rechten Seite zerbrachen wo ich mit meiner Enkelin saß diese erschrak und weinte und hatte den Rest der Tour nur Angst . Am Abend musste ich feststellen das ich wohl Splitter im Schuh hatte wobei ich ne kleine Schnittwunde am Knöchel hatte . Mein Denken ist das diese großen Busse auf diesen Bergstraßen nichts”
“Die bezeichnete Tagesfahrt war nach 4 Std. Inkl. Abholung der Gäste beendet. Der Preis von 53 € war zu hoch. Für 2Std Valdemossa und 1Std. Museum. Es fanden keine weiteren Besichtigungen statt. ( Linienbus ist günstiger.) 4Std. sind nur ein halber Tag. Ich erwarte eine Entschädigung!!! Mit freundlichen Grüßen M. Steinhardt”
