“Leider interessiert die TUI-Vertreter mehr ihre Provision als das Wohl der Gäste. Für unsere Tour in der Altdtadt über Treppen und Erhöhungen waren insgesamt 8 !! Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen und Gestecke sowie 2 ältere Damen mit Flip Flpos dabei. Eine gemischte Gruppe mit mehreren Sprachen war langwierig aber zu verkraften. Leider haben die Mitarbeiter der TUI vor Ort bei unseren Aktivitäten mal wieder ihre Aufgaben sicherlich nicht im Sinne der TUI durchgeführt.”

Es war jedem Egal bei TUI!”
