Despite the the fact that it took 45 minutes to get new hearing aids as the first ones did not work, our guide, Leon (?) did a fantastic job. She was not fazed and gave us 1.50hrs of wonderful commentary. She was knowledgeable, humorous and very tolerant. It was a first class guided tour.
