    I booked a transfer from bus stop 9. Was collected from bus stop 9 but told on the way back I had to walk from bus stop 12. Not 100% what I paid for or expected.

    - the info provided from trip company for where to be picked up was different from the one Tui provided this caused confusion. - we could have got the shuttle bus ourself for cheaper if we’d have known that’s what it was we thought it would be a direct bus to sky lagoon. - no guide was there - we also didn’t realise the timing 2:30hours would include travel there so actually we only had around 1.5 hours in the lagoon the rest was travel

    Really clean enjoyable tour excellent staff transfers to very close to hotel transfer back dropped off outside hotel very impressive would highly recommend
